Another dreary cloudy altostratus- nimbostratus later in the day for the eau claire area. There is a low pressure system sitting over northern Minnesota which will bring precipitation later in the day. Thee already is flooding in the region from the 2 inches of rain that we got on Saturday. Additionally, There is a cold front stretching through Texas all the way up to Ohio which is bringing lots of rain up to 3 inches in places!
